Yes, you can. You can use Danish payment apps such as APCOA FLOW and EasyPark on the parking lot. Please note that it must be the Danish version of APCOA FLOW to work. Furthermore, these payment options are only permitted in areas in which the signage indicates the use of these.
Please make sure when paying with either APCOA FLOW or EasyPark that you enter the correct area code and registration number (license plate) in the app. We recommend that you always check that the chosen area code corresponds to the one on the signage at the parking lot.

Yes, you must set your parking disc in places where the signage demands this.
Please note parking max 30 min. zones. When parking in an area with a ‘Max 30 min.’ sign and parking outside the period 7.00 – 19.00, you must set the disc for 7.00. It is not allowed to pay for parking or to use a parking permit in this time period. However, in other time periods, payment for parking/a parking permit is required.
Yes, there are areas on the parking lot in which you may not park. In these areas you will find signage saying: ”Parkering forbudt alle dage 00.00 – 24.00” (Translated: “Parking not permitted all days between 00:00 – 24:00”). This is applicable for all vehicles. Please note that this is only valid in the specific places where the signs say so.
Yes, you may park in the parking stalls that have signage indicating handicap parking. Please note that it is only allowed with a valid handicap card and in the marked-up stalls. Unless there are special rules written on the handicap signage, you must follow the otherwise indicated rules on the parking lot, meaning that parking in the designated handicap stalls is permitted with a valid handicap card and against payment/with a valid parking permit.
When you park for short periods, i.e. pay on hourly basis with APCOA FLOW, EasyPark or in the payment machine: The rules written on the signage is valid for all vehicles, including motorcycles, which means that you must be aware of the signage and follow the rules on these.
When you have a parking subscription: You can only use your parking subscription for a motorcycle, if you have a digital subscription solution with a valid permit that associates your motorcycle’s registration number with the permit. If you only have a permit with a physical card for the windshield, you unfortunately cannot use this when park your motorcycle. Instead you must pay for your parking via a payment machine or payment app.
Yes, if you have a digital parking permit for Carlsberg Byen. Please note that this is only valid for the areas in which there is signage indicating visitors’ parking.
